Blogging in the spring and summer is going to be bit of challenge for me. Gardening is my other love and sometimes I just have to leave the computer and my genealogy resources and go play in the dirt.
At first I thought you were talking about Mom's peonies, then decided it was the star shaped flowers you meant. It is a clematis called Dr. Ruppel. I have a good friend with the last name Ruppel so that is why I bought it. It is gorgeous for about two weeks in the spring.
