Often I think of noting birthdays of my many ancestors. Of course, this would involve some research and time that I do not seem to able to muster lately. There are a few of these ancestors that I can pull out of my memories' hat but most would take some investigation. I still like the idea, maybe someday I will achieve this.
What I can do is note birthdays of my decendants. For example, today is the 12th birthday of my youngest grandchild. He is our only boy grandchild so he will be the one to carry on the family name. I hope I can interest him in genealogy someday.
